Very mediocre ice cream for the price and the staff was very rude. Slamming ice creams towards customer. Quite embarrassing especially with the “National Ranking No. 1” claim. If you want a nice experience visiting Kobe, do not buy from the store. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Ice cream was wonderful. Creamy as Cremia and tastes even more milky. Both the milk and pistachio flavors are excellent. However, the shop assistant was impolite, even quite rude. She kept on a resting bitchy expression and said nothing to customers throughout the process, not even the basic いらっしゃいませ or ありがとうございます. Given her attitude, I don't think I want to come to buy the ice cream again, even if the food is great.
