Park your car in the shade of a tree. I would like to arrive by 10:30. I paid 100 yen to the man at the Nogi Hoffmann reception desk and took a tour of the brick kiln. Let's wear a helmet. After the tour, let's have lunch! Lunch starts at 11am. Let's order lunch at the reception of Kobito Cafe. Of course, we decided on the weekly C Special #Seafood Ethnic Pizza. We will be heading to Watarase Reservoir on a bicycle, so even if it's hot, we'll have it outside on the cafe terrace. Pizza is not baked in a brick oven. The beautiful lady at Kobito Cafe is working hard to bake it. 30 minutes of waiting The slightly sweet dough and the spiciness of the ️ created a delicious harmony. Thank you very much #delicious

The weekly pizza special, last time's seafood ethnic pizza, was my first time trying it, but I was very happy and relieved to hear that it was delicious. This week (Friday, July 23rd to Thursday, July 29th) is “Spicy! We offer a different pizza every week, including ``Palapeño Garlic Shrimp.'' I hope you enjoy it next time. The pizza dough is homemade using only "Yumekaori" wheat from Tochigi Prefecture and sweet salt, fermented with natural yeast, so you can enjoy the original sweetness and aroma of wheat and the chewy texture. The dough is rolled out and baked one by one after each order is placed, so it may take some time during busy periods, but we hope you will be able to take a look at the exhibits, brick kiln, and metasequoia trees while you wait. Did you enjoy cycling to Watarase Yusuichi? The stork chicks have grown larger, and families are now often seen at the water area, so I heard that there are many people who come for stork watching in addition to cycling.
