( The highest quality rated rice blend in the world!! ) #2 The dashi is the foundation of Japanese cooking. Drink the dashi broth with your eyes closed and experience history. The most original dashi you can experience in the world - literally. #3 The dessert! Everything else is great, but you must eat these 3 selections!
