If it weren't for the child who really wanted to see the cats, I would have turned back after crossing the threshold. The smell was off-putting, the cat room was dingy, and the staff were not very interested in customers. We only ordered juices in bottles, because in these conditions you can't eat anything. And please tell me why these particular hours are designated for children to enter, and for what purpose? Are cats bothered by children at e.g. 10 a.m.?
