One of the best experience I had for dinner. A wonderful balance in the food between sweetness, bitter and salt. The chef picks up the most natural ingredients of Japan from the sea to the land (wild vegetables, old Japan rice) We have been really welcome and the chef’s wife has got an amazing positive smile and help you out for Sake and natural wine parring as an artist too.
