A lady in Brno at a stand by the bus station near the Grand Hotel gave me cow's milk instead of the cappuccino with oat milk, which I emphasized that I wanted, and I didn't like it very much because of my intolerance to cow's milk. Despite the fact that the young lady didn't communicate properly when I told her I wanted a cappuccino with oat milk, she didn't say anything, she just stared absentmindedly for a while as if I was bothering her somehow, but she counted for the milk. I could tell by the taste that it wasn't oat, moreover, she had ready-made milk within a second, she didn't miss it, but poured what was there... I didn't have the time or desire to deal with it somehow. I usually go to the branch at Hl. nadrazi, but there was a queue and I was in a hurry and here I had it on the way. At Hl. I've never had a problem at the station, the staff are nice I'm sorry, I'm always satisfied otherwise. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
