人生ナンバーワン酒場を更新したお店 ｢大衆料理こがね｣ 酒場といっていいのか、でもそう呼びたい人情や温かみがある。地元の人が通う人気店です。 1階は年季の入ったカウンター席で2階は広間がありそう。 料理のひとつひとつが丁寧で、食材も走り・旬・名残りと揃え季節を感じることができます。味付けも繊細。 ・お造り盛合せ(ひとり分) カレイの子まぶり刺をはじめて食べました。かれいの卵が刺身にまぶしてあり、いいアテになりました ・あぶりサンマの酢じめ 軽くあぶったサンマが絶妙な酢加減で締められており、ガリやきゅうりと共に酢味噌でいただきます。もうほんとにめちゃくちゃうまかった。仕事が丁寧です。 ・松茸の土瓶蒸し 出汁がぶんぶんに香る幸せ。松茸もたっぷり。 ・銀杏揚げ つまみに ・カニ足天ぷら ズワイの足の天ぷらに野菜や舞茸も ・カニの炊き込みごはん カニの甘み旨味たっぷり ・あん肝 これも人生最高のあん肝でした ・茶碗蒸し ・サービスのあら汁 何食べても最高。本当に近所にほしいお店でした。出会いに感謝。 A restaurant that updated my number one bar in life "Taishu Cuisine Kogane" I'm not sure if it's okay to call it a bar, but it has a warm and human touch that makes me want to call it that. It's a popular restaurant frequented by locals. The first floor has well-worn counter seats, and the second floor looks like it has a large hall. Each dish is carefully prepared, and the ingredients are selected from the latest, in season, and aftertaste, so you can feel the season. The seasoning is also delicate. ・Assorted sashimi (one portion) This was my first time eating flatfish roe sashimi. The flatfish roe was sprinkled on the sashimi, making it a great snack ・Grilled saury marinated in vinegar Lightly grilled saury is marinated with the perfect amount of vinegar, and is served with pickled ginger and cucumber in vinegar miso. It was really delicious. They do their work carefully. ・Matsutake earthenware pot The aroma of the dashi stock is bubbling away, making me happy. There are also plenty of matsutake mushrooms. ・Fried ginkgo nuts For snacks ・Crab leg tempura Tempura of snow crab legs with vegetables and maitake mushrooms ・Rice cooked with crab Full of sweetness and umami of crab ・Anglerfish liver This was also the best Anglerfish liver of my life ・Chawanmushi ・Complimentary fish soup Everything was great.
