Where to I begin I used to work I Armonk and I would get KOKU 1x a week and it was delicious ! This was about 2 years ago. I finally made the drive 30 min yesterday to have dinner and honestly this place is not what it used to be . This sushi was okay 1-10 I would say a 5 it kept falling apart. But the worst of it all was the service ! The waitress that served our table was rushing us the whole time ! Honestly didn’t interact with us and didn’t really care . When the check came and we paid and a different waitress came to tell us that we had to leave a bigger tip OMG !!! is this a joke ? First of all you shouldn’t be entitled and secondly the tip that I left I believed was plenty given that the service was bad . When I left I told the man who is usually in the front not sure if he was a manager but he honestly really didn’t care about what happened and started high-fiving the other people that were leaving the restaurant - SIR YOU ARE A JOKE. If you’re going to run a business please train your workers to be professional and do better. HONESTLY if you want amazing sushi + service don’t waste you time with KOKU go to Miku or Hinoki in Greenwich 10-10 !!!! AMAZING I promise.
