Love, love, love the happy attitude of the lady behind the counter (owner?). Everything I've tried has been good. Favorite is brisket and cheese. Brownies are a new addition. Loved them - and I'm picky about brownies. These are worth the calories - so chewy. Go early, if you can. I usually dash in just before closing time. If they're out of brisket, they're probably out of ham, too. No worries. Sausage rolls, please. And don't forget the mustard! Kolaches? Yes, they're good, too. Try them all. The dough has the flavor I like and they're still soft the next day. If you don't get a few extra, you'll wish you had. Same goes for the sausage rolls. After my first visit I knew I needed to be back, and somehow each visit gets better. I continue to be blown away by the soft, fluffy pastries, and buttery sweet rolls that they offer, for a surprisingly low price. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming that it makes me question how this business has managed to balance the highest teir of quality food and quality service, when most places are one or the other. Come here, and you will find yourself day dreaming about the next time you get to go back. Just had the greatest experience at Kolache Heaven this morning! Was greeted by the kindest and sweetest owner. She went through all the various options of Kolaches and sausage rolls, even telling us where the sausage was sourced from. The food was fantastic and the service even better, will definitely come back again. Thanks!!
