A few days ago we reserved a table for Saturday by phone. Everything wonderful so far. I received this response via email: """"""You would like to celebrate your wedding anniversary with us and ask for a nice table with a tablecloth and nicely set and flowers, if possible, simple but nice. We are pleased to be able to confirm your reservation. Nice that you come to visit us. We wish you a pleasant stay with us. Best regards Your Restaurant Kolossos Neuss team""""""" When we arrived there on Saturday, we were told to please take a table in the beer garden. But I didn't want that. The waiter didn't like that at all. He said it wouldn't rain, so it wouldn't be a problem to sit outside. All tables in the restaurant were free. But a particularly nicely set table was not prepared. After a short discussion I withdrew my reservation. I found the waiter to be arrogant and rude. We then went to the Italian restaurant in Düsseldorf at Ca' del Re. A beautiful table was set for us and we had a great evening. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
