It's been a while since I visited the store. Every year when the rainy season begins, I find myself craving conger eel bowls from Komasuen. This year as well, I heard about the store's opening on LINE and went there. Since we are currently in a state of emergency, I bought some take-out conger eel and tried to recreate it at home! It took a lot of effort to coat the bottom of the fish twice and the top three times to prevent it from burning, but I managed to create a conger eel bowl that was close to the taste of the restaurant. Ahh So delicious! I would like to visit the store next time and pick it up. We hope that the state of emergency will be lifted soon! I hope the staff at the store do their best as well
