My first sushi experience was amazing! We tried the Chicken Teriyaki Sushi, and it was absolutely delicious. The price was reasonable, and the portion was generous enough for both of us to share. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel so welcome. We loved it so much that we got another one to go! Highly recommend this place for a fantastic sushi experience. Kombu at OGF Mall falls short when it comes to service. The staff are unwelcoming, constantly on their phones, and display serious attitude issues. Their way of speaking to customers is often offensive, and once the food is served, they seem impatient for diners to finish and leave. This lack of hospitality greatly affects the dining experience. That said, the food is worth the price, offering authentic Japanese flavors. The restaurant’s interior also stays true to a traditional Japanese setting, adding to the atmosphere. However, the poor service overshadows these positives, making it a disappointing visit overall. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
