We visited with a child on the weekend, the place was disgusting in terms of service, food and staff. I would never recommend anyone to go there. We went to warm up and have a snack. It turned out to be in vain. We ordered chicken noodle soup for the child. different waiters came up and each asked what they ordered. because the first waiter (Antosha) took the order and went not to the kitchen to give the order to work, but to the next booth to take orders from another group of 10 people. We sit and wait. They brought soup and chicken leg. Just a leg in the soup! Well, okay, we plucked the meat. They asked for a piece of bread with the soup for the child (Antoshka didn’t even offer bread for the soup initially) to which the waiter said that we only have a bread basket!!!! asked for 1 piece, the waiter - we don’t have 1 piece, we can only have 5 pieces. We tell him to bring it 1, we’ll pay for the whole basket. He agreed and went to the next table to take orders. The child eats the soup, almost finishes it, and then the waiter comes with something, an order for someone, but not for us. 10 minutes passed while he was delivering orders. We finished the soup, there is no bread!!! Please give us an estimate. The waiter was told that there is no need to bring bread, he replies that you have already ordered bread and you cannot refuse and rudely asks why you are not taking the bread? As they explained to the short-sighted man that eating bread without soup is not very tasty, he was shocked and left. They asked for a complaint book, for which they provided a notebook with handwriting. The complaint book is not properly drawn up. It is worth noting that for the absence of a review book, the owners are subject to a fine (in accordance with Article 14.4 of the Administrative Code). Our whole family visited Kompot today, our expectations were not met. I added a point to the C for the polite waiter. 1) the portions are very small, the seafood pasta contains 2 shrimp and several mussels. 2) there is a good playroom where MK is held, but they were not allowed in due to the lack of socks, which caused great disappointment to the children. It would be great if children were given traces, or sold. This is not provided in this establishment. Sets were given as bonuses to children.
