This is a must in Provo. High Protein Bowls, yes and thank you. Tyson the owner, was phenomenal. Very personable, inviting, and authentic. The food was spot on. I was going to do the Teriyaki Chicken with broccoli but was convinced by Tyson on the Honey Siracha Chicken after asking for a sample taste of it. I had the Honey Siracha Chicken, with white rice, slaw, and pineapple with extra honey Sriracha chicken. I was hesitant because I do like a little spice/kick and didn't want to not be able to taste the food but this was tasy and didn't overpower. My wife had the Greek Steak bowl with greens and white rice. It didn't disappoint. There's a great selection of bowls. If you're looking for a great protein option, this is your place. Tell Tyson I sent you, Tyson and his family will take care of you. Meal type: Dinner

100/10 recommend this place. We’re visiting from STG and wanted a healthier option. Came here and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was SO incredibly flavorful. I was incredibly surprised. We went back for seconds after. On top of that the price was extremely fair and wasn’t outrageous. Please come to Saint George!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

10000 stars. A 100% GF menu is a game changer! I haven’t been able to pick anything off the menu at a restaurant in a long time. Delicious food, incredible atmosphere, the people were so kind and helpful! They even left an encouraging message on the lid - Konala really does cure a bad day! I got the honey sriracha bowl and WOW SO DELICIOUS. Perfectly sweet and spicy, sweet pineapple, and slaw. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
