Had an phenomenal time here for me and my fiancé's birthday. We loved Papercut but had to try Konbini, the sushi bar hidden in the back. It's worth every penny, sushi was super fresh with complex & exquisite flavors! All the chefs & bartenders were top notch very knowledgeable, great service, personable & genuine. Can't wait to come back to try more of everything. Thanks for the great time and making our birthdays special!! Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wow! What a wonderful culinary adventure! We stuck to the nigiri and everything was delicious and so creative. I love when chefs get creative with their sauces on nigiri, but I had never had Texan flavors fused with sushi before. Can’t wait to go back! (And my drink from the Papercut bar was also excellent!)
