Above-average expensive bakery with products of varying quality. The “suure Mocke” (sourdough bread) is usually very good. Every now and then it was technically poorly prepared or underbaked. The same picture with the croissants, which occasionally weigh just over 20 g. We are increasingly disappointed with the chocolate croissants and pretzel croissants, so we will avoid them in the future. Very good Zug cherry cake!
