Tenjin soba has a gentle soup, but this one has a distinct soy sauce flavor. If you continue to eat, it will be thicker and you will get tired of eating. Considering the balance with the soup, chicken oil, and noodles, I think it would be better for me to order less Kaeshi. Is there service after opening? "Meat" served in a bowl!
