Kontiki NEXT is located in an impressive position in the port of Rhodes, with a floating multi-level structure and welcoming lighting. The atmosphere is extremely romantic and the courteous and professional staff add a touch of elegance to the experience. The harbor view is a real highlight, making for an unforgettable evening. In terms of food, we started with a variety of appetizers which included fried calamari, barbecued octopus, and pita bread with dips. While beautifully presented, the dishes fell short of expectations in terms of flavour. We continued with a mix of fish which, although plentiful, raised questions about the freshness of the ingredients. One upside was the wine selection; the wine recommended by the staff improved the overall quality of the dinner. In summary, Kontiki NEXT shines with its setting and service, but leaves room for improvement in the culinary department. Kid-friendliness: Menu dedicated to children with a good variety.
