As a Korean American ( Grew up in Korea until 27 and visit Korea every year for 3-4 months per year), owner is working very hard to make it authentic. I faced limited ingredients due to temperature, she makes best out of what’s available. I respect her for her efforts. Let’s support her since Korean food is good for your health.
