This was actually my first time trying a Korean barbecue experience like this in Mérida, and honestly it was incredible from the moment we walked in. The whole place really feels like stepping into a little piece of Korea. They have the Korean-style grill at your table, Korean decorations everywhere, Korean drinks, snacks, little products, and even Korean shows playing on the TVs. The vibe feels super authentic and cozy. We ordered the barbecue grill experience, so we cooked everything right there at the table the way it’s supposed to be done, keeping the food hot the whole time. Being able to choose what we wanted to cook ourselves made the experience even better, and the flavor was just on another level. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and honestly so fun to eat this way. You can tell they really care about creating the full experience, not just serving food. If you’re in Mérida and want to try something different, warm, and seriously delicious, Korean Barbecue is definitely worth it.
