Koriya is doing something really special in Springfield. I ordered the Kimchi Fried Rice and it came out in a hot stone bowl, which immediately tells you they care about the experience, not just the food. The rice had this deep, complex flavor with just the right amount of heat, topped with crispy nori and green onion, broccoli on the side still perfectly bright green. Everything about it felt intentional and fresh, which tracks with the "Healthy Fresh Kitchen" concept. The vibe inside is clean and modern, service was smooth, and at $13.45 for a dish this well executed you genuinely can't complain. We are travelers from St. Louis. We always love Korean foods so we decided to try this place! The Asian lady in the counter has the sweetest personality. She was so nice and attentive. We didn’t wait long for our food either. Everything was delicious. They checked in on us like 3x. Would love to come back!!!! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
