Traditional Swiss cuisine - perfect selection for meat lovers. We ordered BERNER PLATTE and BÄRNER GESCHNETZELTES. The BÄRNER GESCHNETZELTES also serves with Rösti. It’s a pity there is no Kalbsleber available due to the season. The vibe is also very unique.

I had high expectations for Kornhauskeller Restaurant & Bar given its reputation and impressive setting, but unfortunately this was the most disappointing meal I had in Switzerland. The cheese pork was very dry and clearly overcooked. The beef stew was excessively salty and also dry, which made it difficult to enjoy. Even the rösti was overly salty. Overall, the dishes felt poorly balanced and not carefully executed. I was genuinely disappointed, especially considering the pricing and the restaurant’s reputation. I hope the kitchen can improve consistency and quality in the future. Price per person: CHF 60–70 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
