The kebab was strange, without tomatoes and cucumber, the pancake had a sour tomato sauce on it which mixed the taste of the kebab. It was the first time I ate such a kebab. The place is clean, the service is good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We visited the Kösem Imbiss in Walldorf on Nusslocherstraße before today and have to say that we were a bit disappointed. Although the snack bar is in a good location and easy to find, our experience was not as positive as expected. First of all, the positive aspect: The staff was friendly and accommodating. They greeted us warmly and took our orders promptly. The waiting time was also acceptable, we didn't have to wait long for our food. Unfortunately, the positive impression couldn't last long. When we received our food we were disappointed with the quality. The dishes were not properly seasoned and tasted rather bland. In particular, the kebab we ordered was dry and not juicy as we expected. The french fries weren't prepared optimally either. They were soggy and had hardly any taste. The selection of dishes was also quite limited. There was a lack of variation and we felt like the menu didn't offer many options. I would have liked more variety. Another point of criticism is the cleanliness of the snack bar. The tables were not cleaned properly and the toilets were not in an acceptable condition. It seemed a little neglected and not well maintained. The staff should focus on cleanliness instead of spending minutes chatting with friends or work colleagues at the counter. All in all, my visit to Kösem Imbiss was unfortunately disappointing. The friendly service could not compensate for the poor quality of the food and the negligent cleanliness. I hope that in the future the diner can improve its weak points to provide a better experience for guests.
