Stopped by this restaurant for a quick lunch en route back to Sapporo. Read some good reviews here and decided to give it a try. The food was amazing, and the wagyu beef stew was both tender and delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. Overall a fantastic experience. We left the restaurant feeling happy and satisfied. One plate lunch in front of Toya Station When it comes to Western food in Toya, there is Boyotei on the shore of Lake Toya, but this time I went to KOTTA in front of JR Toya Station on the Uchiura Bay side. At 12 o'clock on a weekday, the store is half full. I sat down at the window seat and looked at the menu, thinking about it... All the one plate lunches looked delicious. This time, my mother was with me, so I consulted her to make sure we didn't end up with the same thing. During the 5 minutes we have to decide on the menu, more and more customers come in...but most of them seem to be taking out. This shop also runs a bento shop, so if you walk into the shop and go to the left, you can eat in. If you go to the right, you will see a bento shop. On this day, I ordered ``one plate of grilled seafood for 1,780 yen + tax'' and ``Rusutsu pork cutlet for 1,720 yen + tax.''
