Fantastic restaurant. I could go on forever with how impressed I was, but to make it short and sweet: - The menu is a course meal featuring strictly local and seasonal ingredients, with optional wine pairing. - For those who don't drink, the non-alcoholic options are absolutely brilliant, all featuring artisanal/craft (and local) syrups. - the attention to detail: the plating, the food, the ferments, and the preserves (all made in-house) stunning, delicious, and creative. Beyond the food itself the owners/chefs are very lovely and down to earth people, extremely insightful and havery knowledgeable about the artisanal scene in Sendai. Cannot recommend highly enough!
