Food was hot and fresh, it was OK. We were thinking this was the old Kowloon that was on 78, where the SA Seafood is now located, just in a different location. Still not sure that it was, as the menu is different, now including what they call Puerto Rican chinese food? Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

These true Chino-Boricua delicacies were absolutely delicious! I can't wait to return soon. The fried rice really reminded me of my beautiful island of Puerto Rico . ...Just a heads-up: Kowloon Kitchen is BACK, and it's even better than before!
