The food is the only thing they do well. It is good, but it is way overpriced. The staff are egotistical, and their so-called loyalty program is a scam. They do not credit the correct amount of points per purchase, and you have to keep track of them yourself as they very sneakily do not print your balance anywhere. Fantastic First Experience with Ukrainian Cuisine! My partner and I recently visited Kozak Ukrainian Eatery & Mill on Victoria Drive, and it was an unforgettable experience. It was our first time trying Ukrainian food, and we were absolutely blown away by the flavors and hospitality. We followed the staff's recommendation and started with the pork version of their Borsch soup, which was incredibly rich and flavorful. We also tried a sausage dish with a cabbage base (apologies for not recalling the name), which was bursting with savory goodness. And let's not forget the pistachio dessert roll – it was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. Beyond the amazing food, the service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. The vibe of the place was also fantastic – cozy and welcoming. Overall, Kozak Ukrainian Eatery & Mill exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return and explore more of their menu.
