Today I went to this Krispy Kreme, and I was EXTREMELY impressed with the friendliest staff, so helpful and willing to help. Patience assisted me, and she made my day so much better! This is my new favourite Krispy Kreme!!!! Price per person: R 1–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Good day, I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had today when purchasing a hot chocolate. The cashier, Nonka, was extremely rude and dismissive. Her attitude made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. When I asked her a question, she made me feel as if I was “stupid” for not analysing the receipt myself. This was both unprofessional and unnecessary. After preparing my hot chocolate, she simply paused without telling me it was ready. This is not the kind of treatment a customer should receive, especially when there are many other stores offering the same product. Customers should feel valued, not as though they are begging to be served. Thank you for ruining my day Price per person: R 1–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
