This morning at 0615, I arrived to get donuts. There were paper signs on the door saying the lobby was closed. Was heading back to my car, to go to drive thru window, when a truck pulled around from the drive thru. They said the 2 ladies inside wouldn't open the window and did the cut throat signal, to say they weren't open I guess. I did not witness that, but was what they said. Needless to say, went to Dunkin. Lesson learned as my family was craving Krispy donuts.

SERVICE IS RUDE. I came through the drive-thru on Tuesday November 5th at 9:20pm. We requested our glaze donuts to be warm. The RUDE lady through the speaker said to us “really? we about to close” and since we didn’t hear her the first time she repeated herself “you didn’t hear what i said?” so we asked again and then she continued to say “you can warm it up at your house”. this is the most HORRIBLE RUDEST service I have ever experienced. I understand it was late but the closing time is stated as 10PM and it was only 9:20PM. You need better employees! some of us can have a horrible day and we look forward to the smallest things like a krispy kreme donut and instead we leave with no donuts and DISRESPECT.
