Review is for 18 Dec 24. Wanted a doughnut this morning BUT, Hot-n-Now is not happening any time soon today. Their machine is down but, they’ll happily sell you yesterday’s selections of cold and stale at full price. My two chocolate glazed were hard, crunchy, greasy and, minus the only bite, in the trash. Made me wish I’d gone back in time to Winchel’s which was expectedly bad so not a disappointment. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I have been to a KK location three times in my life. Each time was when the "hot and ready" sign was on. Recently, while spending the day with my parents, my mom told me she had never had one fresh before, so we turned around and went to the store. First, this a terrible location, with it being too close to the light up by the street, making it hard to get in and out, but also the tight turn to go into the parking lot and into the drive-thru. Second, we only got 4 doughnuts. We asked for hot and ready glazed doughnuts. We got up to the counter. She took the card, swiped it, shoved our doughnut box at us, slammed the window, and didn't even say a word. Whatever, I'd be mad too if I worked there. Got halfway down the street, and the doughnuts were not even warm, possibly from more than two hours ago. Thanks, Krispy Kreme. This is the only location that we would ever go to, and you ensured that we never go to it ever again. Seeing other reviews, it seems the people working the window are a constant problem and don't check their work. But apparently, that's not enough for you guys to do anything about it. I know it's hard to find employees these days, and the ones you do find aren't qualified to clean a public bathroom, but seriously? Lastly, soooooooooooo many fake reviews, it's hilarious. The donut is delicious, but the staff lied to me twice. Now during Christmas, we have the special Merry Grinchmas series donuts. Yesterday, around 5 PM, I went to buy donuts, and there was only one Christmas donut left. I was told they wouldn’t make more and that I should come back today at 11 AM. I returned at 11 AM, and they had all the donuts except the Grinch, which was the one my kids wanted. I asked when they would have the Grinch donut, and they told me it would be ready at 12:30 PM. My husband went back at 12:30 PM, and there were still no Grinch donuts. Worse, they said they didn’t know when they would make them. Why treat a customer like this?
