Visited twice this week to pickup several dozen donuts and both times we were helped by Fred. He was so kind, helpful, and provided extremely quick service. He helped make our experience top notch! We enjoyed delicious doughnuts and the very clean facility. We will be back soon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Im 11 days here new in town. I was so excited to find a KK! As soon as I walked in the door my shoes were sticking to the floor, so much so that every time i took a step it had very Loud sound effects. Obviously because of excess chemicals they used to "wash" the floors. Anyways, I ordered a 3 pack of doughnuts and a coffee. I was so excited but I needed to use the bathroom 1st. As I went to set down my coffee on the sink so I could use the restroom 2/3rds of my coffee spilt. Partially in the sink and on my purse. I was so disappointed. I figured they would refill my cup. Nope! They insisted i had to pay for another coffee. As this conversation was taking place a kind homeless man recieved a FREE COFFEE AND DOUGHNUT! They refunded my entire order and let me walk out. I asked, why does this man get a FREE coffee and doughnuts but they couldn't refill or replace my cup of coffee. The response was silent. So basically, I'm expected to fund the products for the homeless????? Absolutely rude and uncalled for. Never going to return!!!!! Absolutely uncalled for!

I loved Krispy Kreme for years but even ignoring the huge price increase, now they discontinued glazed lemon filling?? This is completely unacceptable. You just lost a customer for over 40 years. Bring back my favorite “Glazed Lemon Filled”, It’s too good to only be seasonal! #Lemon Lovers Boycott Krispy Kreme. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
