I visited Krispy Kreme Murabba Lulu Avenue and had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members. During a simple request regarding tissues, he responded in a rude and arrogant manner. When I asked politely, he dismissively refused and gave a “do whatever you want” kind of response, which felt highly unprofessional. This outlet serves a large number of customers daily, and such behavior makes the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service should be respectful and helpful at all times. I request the management to take this seriously and improve the staff’s attitude and service quality at this branch. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Both staff were very accommodating- Mia and Marwan. For old souls, Krispy Kreme is always a donut to-go choice. Limited harry potter ceramic tumbler is up.. for only SR 29 with the coffee of your choice. Meal type: Other Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
