Many visitors come here to enjoy tasty pizza and perfectly cooked sandwiches. A lot of reviewers highlight that the staff is appealing at Kroger Deli. Unprofessional service is something that guests would like to improve here. But as for the Google rating, this place earned 4.2.

Deli ladies that are cutting meat need to work on their customer service. Asked the older lady how’s your day going and she’s had a poor attitude because she either needed to go on break or clock out to leave. Not a smile or greeting just asked “what did I want?” Service: 1

Manager was very rude closed the store before 11pm, he was at the door and blocked anyone from entering . I said to him I thought the store closes at 11pm. He said no we leave at 11pm. Never heard of that, he refused to let me in the store. Totally awful. He had glasses, had to be late 40's early 50's, black male 5'5-5'8, blue and white button down collar shirt. If this isn't true someone needs to correct him and his actions. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I bought deli st louis ribs, 2lbs for 13.99. I've bought their $5 preheated ribs and always loved them. Then with money tight, still wanting ribs, I calculated it's cost effective to buy the slab for $13.99. I hated they put the price sticker across the instructions. I googled "Kroger Deli St Louis Ribs" on how to cook them. The reviews were not good. I cooked 1/2lb in 250°F for 40min wrapped in aluminum foil, no other ingredients. It came out delicious, so the rub really came through, spicy. I Also cooked 1/2lb in the oven at 350° for 20 min wrapped in aluminum foil with sliced mushrooms and black truffle tomato sauce. I liked it much better bc it cut the red pepper spiciness. I'm don't like a spicy taste in my mouth afterwards. Both ways were delicious and tender. I'll do this again.
