We have been regular customers for a long time. We often buy bread, rolls and sometimes cakes at Café Krone. The atmosphere is very stylish and the baked goods are generally good to very good. The price is high, but still ok for many things, i.e. at the upper end of the possible price range. A number of new employees have been added in the last 12 months. Unfortunately, the quality of service has deteriorated significantly. I now stop by the store when I walk past and if certain employees are on duty, I go to the competition a few doors down. Finally I was in a hurry and needed some bread. And yes, I regret this purchase from Café Krone. The employee's greeting was an annoyed and bored "Yes". So I quickly picked out a loaf of bread and asked for it to be sliced. The facial expressions revealed that this was obviously asking too much. The employee snuck into the next room, annoyed. When I got home shortly afterwards, I wasn't at all impressed with the result. The bread was completely crooked and crooked, it was cut and sold with total ease. I will now only enter the store with 2 specific employees. The two have been there for a long time and exude joy when selling and generally provide good service. I like to come here. I'm middle-aged and expect more than "yes" and "no" and normal to friendly facial expressions at a high-priced café. I don't think that's asking too much either. If I have the feeling that I'm just a nuisance as a customer, then I'll shop somewhere else. The service isn't always great there either, but I get 25 percent cheaper. Some of our friends think similarly about Krone. We would like the service to improve, then we would like to come to this actually very nice café with good goods. A bakery as you imagine or today I would almost say: "Like before!" Friendly people in the morning, fragrant bread rolls. A start to the day that couldn't be better. Thanks! Disappointing. I was hoping for more in this fine area. The Linzerschnitte was so-so, I took it with me and still didn't eat it for a day. It was also quite expensive. The service was indifferent.
