I'm writing for Babina: Everything was OK except for the OWNER'S BEHAVIOR, WHICH WAS UNACCEPTABLE! Former classmates and I celebrated a meeting again at Kross House, this time, 62 years after graduation, and we also toasted our 80s together. Basically, everything was fine, except for a few details (they didn't have non-alcoholic beer, or non-chilled orange juice, etc., which wasn't a big problem). As in previous years, this time too we brought a cake/dessert. Due to the fact that no amount was requested from us for the dessert plates and their washing, we did not count on this this year either, and we were surprised when they asked us to pay for the consumption of our own dessert. So we requested the owner, who was "put into our hands" over the phone. The owner 1. didn't even let me speak and raised her voice and 2. called us "insolent pensioners" at the end of the phone call. She insisted that she sent the information in advance to one of her classmates, who unfortunately was in the hospital and thus we did not learn about the additional information about €1.5/person. The bottom line is that her way of communicating is absolutely inappropriate and it is unacceptable to insult the guests. Considering that the rest (food, service and ambience) were fine, I give the restaurant 3 stars! Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
