A true explosion of flavors in every bite! I had lunch this afternoon at this creperie and I was totally won over by their truffled crepe, garnished with shallots confit in IPA, grilled pancetta, egg and mixed greens. Each ingredient was perfectly balanced, and the combination of flavors was simply divine. Additionally, the welcome was great and the staff incredibly helpful, which really added to my experience. The warm atmosphere and impeccable service contributed to making this meal a very pleasant moment. Without a doubt, this creperie is a true gem where sweet and savory delights come together to create a taste experience. I highly recommend all pancake lovers to come and enjoy these delights! After living in Paris for 3+ years, this has become my favorite creperie (above those in Montparnasse and other locations in Paris). The flavor and texture of the savory galletes are excellent, the sweet crepes are just as delicious, the servers are kind and attentive (speak English and some Spanish). I also enjoy the overall location which is next to the biggest parks in the area and wonderful coffee shop across the street.
