Nuestro local no cuenta con ventiladores; tenemos dos equipos de aire acondicionado que se encienden a las 10:00 hrs y se mantienen funcionando durante la jornada según la temperatura del día.Por otra parte, no vendemos tortas en nuestro menú habitual, por lo que nos llama la atención ese comentario. En cuanto a los jugos naturales, se preparan con fruta congelada para mantener su frescura y temperatura, sin agregar hielo adicional.Además, contamos con terraza disponible para quienes prefieren un espacio al aire libre.Lamentamos que tu experiencia no haya sido la esperada y quedamos atentos si deseas entregarnos más detalles para revisar lo ocurrido
