Food - 3 (Food was good but they gave me just ONE Sunriser in the combo. Yall need to call corporate and tell them to stop robbing the American people. The Sunriser going from two to one sandwich is THE penultimate example of the our economic downfall and if we don’t fix it we won’t survive. So please fix it. ) Service - 3 (they were fairly polite but they took forever to get the food out so that kinda canceled it out) Atmosphere - 4 (it’s a Krystal’s soit gets a 4 for having a location on County Line Rd) Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Just left drive thru , very rude lady at the window , my mother was very polite and even said thank u have a good day , and not a word, she acted like we were bothering her !! I work in customer service and I tell u what , we have no tolerance for rude workers !!!! If u don’t want to be there then bye!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

Just left from Krystal and didn’t even get service some cross eyed heavy set lady had a real nasty attitude for no reason I asked her what was my total and she got very upset I was trying to make sure I had exact change to pay for my order and she told me to have a nice day so I calmly explained to her what I was trying to do and she still was angry for some reason so I drove around to the window and waited on her which she still wasn’t at her register from when she told me at the speaker on her reason on why she couldn’t give me a total so I politely ask for my total again and she went to going off about the same thing and at this point i tell her I’m not trying to argue with you I just need my total she then proceeded to close the window shut in my face and force me to drive off hungry not to mention I’m fresh off a 22 hour workday and haven’t ate since yesterday if I was white that would’ve never happen it’s a shame the way people treat you when their having a bad day and to some it all up I was the only person in line the had no customers inside or out just cars parked out front who i believe belong to the employees I’m not sure on who I need to call about this situation but if anyone who has that info feel free to comment down underneath I really want something done about this
