Taste good burgers. The terrific staff shows a high level of hospitality at this fast food. Enjoyable service is something guests agree upon here. Krystal got negative comments because of the downscale atmosphere. Google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Was doing a doordash pickup. Showed up at 1am, order was supposed to be picked up by 1:10am. All the employees on the clock were sitting in an SUV in the parking lot that I had to ask to come inside and make the order since nobody was inside the building. Currently about to be 1:30am and the order is still not ready. 24 Krystal burgers should not take 40 minutes to make. This is not the first time either. All employees shouldn't be sitting out in their cars while customers are yelling "yoooo!!" In order for someone to come inside the building. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The service wasn't good at all. I was the only person ordering inside dining and it took over 15 minutes to get 4 Krystal burgers. I could plainly see 4 young men working but 2 were playing on their phones. Keep this kind of service going and Jasper will lose their Krystals Restaurant quickly. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
