We picked up dinner here tonight. Everything came the way we ordered it, we don't like onions. Donna, the store manager, is so sweet. She apologized for the wait and explained to me that they clean the grill if someone doesn't want onions. I told her it was fine because I've ordered them like that for forever and I don't mind the wait. Everytime I've been since they've reopened I've had a great experience. All of the workers are so sweet. Especially, the cashier that was working tonight. I did not get her name. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So this is my second time coming to this location and they did what they did the first time. Idk what is but when you ask for Krystal’s some how they hear “with cheese” like it’s wired in them. After repeating my order 3 times I proceeded to wait at the window for 15 to 20 only to get 24 Krystal’s that were wrong and after they remade them I still see were they somehow managed to still mess the order up again. If you plan on going here you might as well go inside don’t order through the drive thru. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2

I ordered tater tots and Krystal hamburgers you can tell the grease js old by the tater tots and my burgers were undercooked the grill area is very nasty and the African lady who I believe is the manager was very rude aswell. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
