This location has really gone down hill over the years. I know the menu was updated, but the Krystal chick’s flavor wasn’t great and was given to me smashed. The chili cheese pup was grey on the outside and pink in the center. I’ve never seen one like that, so I didn’t eat it as it could have been bad. The original burgers were fine. Not a great experience and probably won’t be back to this location. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Disappointed. Typically only like leaving good reviews. Employees were walking behind counter in plain clothes and chatting with other employees while I legit stood at register waiting to get order taken. Dude walked up to the counter and just stood there, didnt look up or acknowledge I was there. No biggie. Hell let me know when he's ready.... nope. Did a couple taps on keyboard, still not saying a word until I said, "do i order here" bro grunted and I placed my order. Forget trying to articulate or make requests "with cheese" when the dude only spoke in grunts. This was like an experience you only get out of cleverly written sitcoms. I thought I was being punked. 3 stars Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I may never eat at krystals again. This was by far the worst Krystal burgers I have ever had. I went inside on a road trip just to stretch my legs and use the bath room at 4: 00. I ordered a bag of 12 Krystal burgers, It took 20 minutes to get my order. I saw them make an order of 24 that came out fresh and they gave them to a car that had been waiting outside for 15 minutes. They got half of mine from out of the steamer where they had been in there for who knows how long. The ones that I ordered with cheese on it was made fresh from the burgers that that just came off. I also ordered a large fry and a diet Coke. We start eating the burgers and about half half of them was disgustingly soggy from sitting in that steamer for who knows how long. I don't mean damp moist but a soggy wet disgusting mess. If I wasn't already on the road I would have taken them back. The problem was it took me 20 minutes to get my food, it probably would have taken me 15 minutes to get a refund. I'm not really that big of a fan of krystals anyway, I just went because my wife likes them. Be warned, it's pretty bad and the quality has fallen. By the way, the bathrooms were filthy and the entire dining room was sticky and you're standing here placing an order With your feet going smack, smack, every single time you lift them up to walk. It really was disgusting and had an extreme disregard for quality and attention to detail that permeated every aspect of that business. I don't even like bashing restaurants as I know it's a tough gig and everyone has bad days. But this is a systemic problem where the quality is missing and the attention to detail is lacking.
