Seeing all the reviews, and the fact that I made a video announcing the grand opening I really felt I needed to go here to check it out for myself. First of all the service was excellent, the person at the register, Eleese, (Hope I spelled that correctly) was very friendly and gave us great customer service. When I asked if they offered refills on the drink, she not only said yes, but even took our cup from us to behind the counter to refill it. Simple things like that are what make people want to come back to a business. The burgers are more like a White Mana / White Castle cooking style. I would recommend if you like your burgers cooked a little more to ask them to do that. I had three burgers the fries and a drink, and this was right after eating my lunch at another location. The parking lot is very small but when we went at around 7:00 p.m., it was not busy at all. This business is at the moment of a long stretch of highway that contains a Wendy's, a McDonald's, a Burger King, and even a White Castle. So the competition here is very fierce for burgers. They have a condiment section In the dining section which is a vast improvement over McDonald's latest budget cuts involving hiding all the condiments from you and no longer giving refills at some locations. Overall our experiences excellent and our food was fine. Will this location survive? I don't know based on the lack of customers we saw at this very new location. Then again this location is open until 2:00 a.m. which gives it an advantage of other locations in the area!

I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt especially since White Castle raised their prices recently... I was really hungry and I ubered Krystal over White Castle bc it cost less. I got the summer craving combo tht came w 2 sliders, a corn dog, fries and drink. I also ordered onion rings and a fish slider. I thought the fish slider was pretty good. The main beef sliders were very disappointing and they look abt half the size as a White Castle slider. The patty was way to thin and just tasted... off. I didn't enjoy the meat texture and for some reason there was a lot of mustard, idk if that's standard but some bites felt like straight mustard. The fries were soggy, perhaps they are better fresh, but this place is barely a 5 minute drive from my house. The onion rings would've been nice but they were overcooked. The corn dog I got was just okay but it tasted cheap and nothing stood out about it. I think the summer combo is a good value, you get a good amount of food under 10 bucks which is rare these days... but I'd just save your money not buying it all... I'm not sure if this tastes better in the south. I haven't been inside to see how dine-in is but until something changes about the main thing they're supposed to be known for I doubt I'd be interested in giving this a second chance.
