If a customer says they want four plain Krystal’s don’t assume they want nothing on it. It could mean they want the regular Krystal’s or Krystal’s without cheese. Please ask the customer by plain do you mean you want the regular Krystal’s without cheese or do you mean you want just the bun and hamburger only. I was disappointed that your employe did not ask my mom this. I did tell my mom do not say the word “plain” to them, just say “regular” because it was disappointing to get just nothing on the hamburger. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
