The food at Ktoor was amazingly tasty and delicious. Every dish we tried was full of flavor, and the architecture and overall design of the restaurant are absolutely awesome. The place is very busy, so making a reservation is definitely a must. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. The welcoming staff was not particularly friendly, and the hostess was quite rude. Despite there being better table options available, we were seated near the kitchen, which was not ideal. The waiters were also rather unfriendly and, at times, did not respond in a very polite manner. On top of that, the food took what felt like forever to arrive. Maybe I’m simply used to the 5-star level of hospitality and service in Lebanon, but for a restaurant with such excellent food and such a beautiful setting, I expected much better service. Honestly, this was just mediocre. Several of the dishes we had were pretty boring, though the lahmajo was one of the better ones we had in town. The place also feels generic and touristy. I don't recommend it highly. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
