I ordered food on the website and my credit card was charged. When I got to the restaurant it was completely empty . No one was there. No one answered when I called. Eventually, after a few minutes, someone came and told me to use a different door. When I went to the other side, I was told there was no food and no refund. They claim they don’t use their website anymore. Absolutely crazy walking away having paid for food and getting nothing. This used to be my favorite shop because the food was really delicious. But today we went back to the store and found that there was no one there. We stood there for a long time and had no choice but to go to the kitchen to ask someone from the store to help. After a while, a waiter came over. After we sat down, she was fine. Soon she disappeared again, and later I found her busy in the kitchen. When the food arrived, it didn't taste as good as before. I guess the chef had changed. I was very disappointed.
