I love Kuan's Kitchen. The food is great, reasonably priced and the staff are always super nice. So, it really makes me sad and angry to post this review. It has been 17 months since the covid insanity shut this restaurant down. I don't know when they opened for take-out. Yesterday I was looking forward to returning to dining at the Kitchen with a friend for lunch. It was not to be. My friend arrived to find that the dining room was STILL closed. Take out only. It's been close to two months since the emergency order was FINALLY rescinded by CO governor. There doesn't seem to be an excuse for the staff to still not have the dining room open. Now, it may be that they are dealing with a lack of staff. However, they did not indicate this in the sign on the door. That just told us that they are concerned about covid "safety". Sad to say, I may not bother trying to visit Kuan's in the future, since I have no way of knowing when they'll get over their fear.
