I was at the cashier's side for a few minutes and looking to order. When I decided,I was told that I could order after 20 minutes. No one even said that I could order later when I was just arrived. I have experienced this several times. Especially their manager, this is the second time that we have been mistreated. I will never eat at kudo again!!! Service: 1

I have ordered hot chocolate large the taste of hot chocolate is totally like hot water frequently I drink hot chocolate from other branches of kudu they prepare good but this store prepared hot chocolate is worst taste just feeling drinking hot water
