so my mum goes there to get gipfel almost every saturday.. and for about the past year, service has been really uninviting but the products still have been mostly fine, even though the sizes of the gipfel vary a lot. today she got her usual order of neckigipfel.. one of them barely had any nuts on it... only a few sesame seeds but was sold as a proper neckigipfel. this just shows that they don't care, and can't be bothered to do their job. coz i sure hope this is not how they were thought to serve the customers. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I have a problem. When I go inside and look at the display case with different sandwiches I tell the employees I would like to have this sandwich and they immediately ask me if I sit here or take it away. When I say I sit here they say to me please take a seat and there you can You order. But the table where I'm sitting doesn't have a menu to look at where all the sandwiches are in the display case and I have no idea what all the sandwiches are called. I want to show which sandwich I feel like eating. (Only Kuhn at Neumarkt do that) Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
