This is one of best meals I have had in Japan. This place is only open 12-2 and has about a dozen seats. I believe there is one special and everyone gets the same assortment of fresh local dishes. The lady who prepares the meals does it behind the bar and is very friendly. What stood out for me were the rich, amazing flavors and the incredibly fresh vegetables (which are sorely lacking in many Japanese restaurants). The cost was 1500 Yen for 6 dishes (see 2nd photo) and I walked away very satisfied and full. I would eat here every day if I could. Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
