Such a bad experience, I know to never come here again. Very rude customer service and awful bland food. 3 employees behind the counter were all chatting and laughing in Spanish while I was making my order. I ordered a box combo with 2 entrees. I got a pathetic half scoop on the chicken so I asked for more, lady proceeds to get another half scoop, eyes it, pours some of it back as if it the scoop wasn’t small enough, puts it in the box and after says “this will make you pay more” with broken English. I said no thank you I don’t want to pay extra for it and she said it was “too late” despite not telling me beforehand another tiny scoop with a couple piece of small bland chicken will cost extra. My $16 combo turned into $20 when I paid the total. After I paid, the lady still kept an attitude as if me kindly asking for a second scoop really made her angry. She left my boxed tray behind the counter while going to the next customer in line. The other 2 women in the back chatting in Spanish were eyeing me as I had to reach my entire arm behind the counter behind the glass to grab my food that she intentionally left there, as the other employees intentionally didn’t help me with it either. This was possibly the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had, with easily the worst service I’ve had. Definitely worth mentioning as well that ever since I ate it my stomach has been hurting for the past 12 or so hours. I can’t advise enough to not come here. I’m leaving this review in hopes I can save some people’s days to AVOID this place no matter what. Service: Dine in Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

First timer at Kung Pao Wok and immediately I noticed how busy and popular it is. Great combinations, I ordered the Create Your Own Combo with 2 items (Fried Rice, Steamed Veggies and Sesame Chicken). Tasted delicious and moderately priced. I was very impressed with the staff though. They worked well under pressure and were fast paced to ensure everyone was taken care of. I witnessed several tourists giving one of the team members a very hard time and she did not continued to work with a smile on her face.
